I do not diagnose medical conditions or treat diseases, disorders, or injuries.

What happens at your appointment

It's quick — a small, fine needle into the top of the arm, same as any other injection.

 

Most people notice a difference within 24-72 hours, although this varies depending on how deficient you were to start with.

Recommended course

 

For mild issues like low energy or low mood, typically 4 weekly injections, then a monthly top-up.
