I help people get their health back on track when it's fallen apart, stalled, or just quietly gone missing — through acupuncture, health coaching, vitamin injections, and straight-talking support. No wellness-speak, no miracle promises. Just what's worked for hundreds of people over two decades, now based here in Cornwall.

Why me, not someone else

 

I trained and practiced in Ireland for twenty years before moving to Cornwall — clients called me "the baby lady," which tells you where a lot of my hard-won experience sits. I've since added general health coaching, resilience work, and vitamin therapy to what I offer, because health rarely arrives in one tidy category.

I combine Eastern and Western approaches because I've seen both work, and I've seen both fail on their own. What you get from me is direct, personalised, and - hopefully — a bit more human than the average health provider.
